Nose: Concentred aroma and flavour reminischent of sherry and black currant
Flavour: On the palate it is full-bodied with a firm blackbone of tannin
Blend: 60% Barbera 30% Pinot Noir 10% Merlot
Ageing: Maceration with the skins in steel vats and only for Merlot maturing in small oak casks
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
